If you plan on storing your boat in the water for the 2017-2018 winter season make sure you have a haul form filled out. This form has a line to be checked off for leaving the boat in a slip for the winter. Also get a dock committee member to sign the form and put it in the dock committee drawer behind the bar. All boats stored in the water are to be moved into a slip of appropriate size at the beginning of C Dock. Make sure your best emergency contact phone number is written on the form so that you can be contacted should there be a need to do so. I will be posting a list of winter boats on the board so check it and make sure your info is correct.
Any other questions you may have you can call me.

Launch Forms for 2017
The 2017 season is starting again and we have the same launch procedure as last year, you will need to gather all of your information before you are able to launch.Youwill need to get COPIES of your insurance and registration to attach to this years launch form. There are not any loose launch forms at the club you will only get a form when you have your information together and the form is filled out with you and the Dock Master, Vice Commodore, Commodore or member of the dock committee.. DO NOT DROP PAPERWORK IN THE DOCK DRAWER AND THINK YOU CAN LAUNCH, AND IT IS YOU RESPONSIBILITY TO GET YOUR INSURANCE TO ME. I don’t collect faxes and mail of insurance forms and file them. The gas pump is now working and the pump-out is ready for use, please fill out the log for the pump-out, it’s behind the bar. For any problems please contact me at 203-788-5441.
Launch Form Instructions
Please use the following instructions to launch your boat for the 2017 season.
Call your insurance agent or company, and have your insurance certificate. Remind them to show liability and hull insurance on it and MYC as certificate holder or additional interested or insured party. It is your responsibility to get a copy to the club not ours.
Get a copy of your registration or documentation.
Pay your slip fee and have it verified by the Financial Manager. If you have an extension you may only launch your boat when you have paid your slip fees.
When you have these together you will be issued a numbered launch form by the Dock Master, Vice Commodore or another member of the Dock committee and able to launch your boat.
This must be done before you launch your boat, bring it back from another location, or move back to your slip from a winter storage slip. If this is not done then you will be subject to a fine of 100.00 without an appeal.
